Characteristics
This valve is application as on-off or pipelines with high-hardness grains or wwith both soft grns and corrosive medium .Its nominal pressure is 1.6Mpa ,and applicable temperature ≒200⊥ ﹝And air supply pressure 0.6-0.8 Mpa .All mediumcontacting parts are made of structure ceramic ,featuring extremely high chemical stability and hardnessㄗRockwell Hardness HRC90 0ㄘㄛOnly next to diamond .Therefor ,this valve has extremely strong resistance to abrasion ,corrosion and erosion ,good heat insulation and small thermal expansion the ball body is made with advanced grinding equipment and process with high每precision ball roundness and good surface quality ,and after facing 每up with the valve seat ,a good seal ability can be obtained by means og self-lubrication of Zr02CERAMIC .thanks to the ceramic*s strong resistance to abrasion ,this valves is durable and extremely reliable with a long service life being 2-4 times of that Ti alloy and Monel valves
